OTM-250 Mobile Turbine-, Industrial and Compressor Oil Purification Unit

The unit is intended for mechanical purification, degassing, thermovacuum drying (dewatering), as well as for leaktight storage, transportation and pressurized pouring of oil in various facilities (both hermetic and non-hermetic design).

The unit is used to purifiy turbine-, industrial and compressor oils.

OTM-250 unit features

  • The unit provides for three working modes:

«manual batched»: oil is pumped into the degassing tank by 10 to 50 L batches, treated as required and pumped out through the filter (for this mode, preparing 50 L of oil as per the GOST requirements takes 30 minutes).

«automated batched»: 50 L of oil is pumped in, degassed and then pumped out (the mode is fully automated. The mode capacity is 250 L/h).

«automated continuous»: the oil passes through the tank as a continuous flow, which through the fine filter heads for the unit outlet (The mode capacity is 500 L/h).

  • The filter element design enables its multiple use and cleaning without disassembly.
  • The unit is totally automated and requires an operator only to be engaged with a facility and controlled.
